These terms cover the magmadev.co website and any enquiry you send through it. Project work itself runs under a separate written agreement that we sign with you before anything starts.

Using this site

You may read, share, and link to anything here. The content, code, brand marks, and imagery on this site belong to MagmaDev or to the clients who own the work shown. Do not copy them for your own commercial use without asking us first.

What the site is

Everything here is information about our services. Prices, timelines, and results shown are examples from real projects. They describe past work, not a promise about yours. Your quote comes after we talk and understand the scope.

Enquiries and calls

Sending a form or booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It starts a conversation. Work begins only once both sides sign a written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline.

Project work

• Scope, price, and delivery dates live in the signed agreement for that project.
• You own the code and the intellectual property we produce for you, handed over on completion.
• Where an offer carries a guarantee, the conditions of that guarantee are written into the agreement.

Case studies are published with the permission of the clients involved. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify real work.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We are not liable for decisions made purely on the basis of information published here. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
