What we build

A simulation of the job, not material about the job

A new hire walks into your warehouse as it is laid out, picks up the task you would hand them on day one, and does it. They make the call at the blind corner. They set the brake or they forget it. When something goes wrong, it goes wrong in the simulation, which is the only place it is cheap.

Building that takes a real engine and people who can use it, which is the reason most onboarding vendors sell slideshows instead.

We will build a simulation to your exact setup at no cost, and you decide afterwards. Between you writing in and us starting, there is one call: is this the scope you actually need, is there budget for the rollout if the demo delivers, and are you the person who can say yes.

If the budget or the timing is not there, we would rather know now than after we have all done the work.

Who builds it

A software company with its own Unity team

MagmaDev builds production software that people use every day, and the simulations are built in house by our own engineers, the same ones who did the development work on the Samsung experience above. The people who put together your demo are the people who would build the rollout, which is why what you try is what you get.

Before you ask

No. The same build runs in a browser on the computers you already have. Headsets are worth it for physical, spatial tasks like operating equipment, and we will say so when a task is one of those, but nothing here starts with buying hardware.
