MagmaDev is a software studio based in Nis, Serbia. This page explains what we collect when you use magmadev.co, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us: your name, email address or phone number, and anything you write in a form or an email.
• Project details you choose to share, such as budget range, timeline, and a description of what you want to build.
• Booking details when you schedule a call. Our calendar runs on Calendly, and their privacy policy covers that booking.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as page requests and approximate region, used to keep the site running.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and discuss the work you asked about.
• To prepare quotes, proposals, and demos.
• To keep the website secure and working.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Calendly for scheduling, our email provider for correspondence, and our hosting provider for serving the site. They process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as we have a working relationship, and afterwards only where we need it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@magmadev.co and we will handle it.
